Cancellation policy

Our risk-free registration policy allows you to cancel up to May 1 with no penalty. A refund for the event, minus a $250 processing fee, will be given for cancellations received by June 15. No refunds will be granted for requests received after this date. Please note that refunds will not be given for no-shows. Registration substitutions are accepted, provided the transferee pays any applicable fee difference.
