Deciphering Related Party Transactions

The IRS scrutinizes transactions between related parties. This session will discuss who are related parties, what transactions must be scrutinized when there are related parties involved and when there may be potentially adverse impacts. Additionally, we will address when the IRS expects disclosure of related party transactions such as like-kind exchanges, installment sales and other transactions.
