Application and Timeline
All sessions will be presented in person, July 22-24, at the Walt Disney World Dolphin in Orlando. The submission deadline is Dec. 11, 2023.
When completing the application, you’ll be asked to provide a short biography, your presentation experience, your session’s title and description, along with 2-4 objectives, and any corporate affiliations you may have.
Proposal
Selection
Our team will review all the submissions and notify those selected in early 2024. During the contracting process, we’ll provide a final title, descriptions and objectives, so we’re all on the same page.
Materials
Your materials, including final presentation, will be due to our team by May 31, 2024. Our internal team will complete a review and return the final presentation to you by July 12. Your presentation slides and resources will be provided to attendees to download.
