We do not provide attendee information; however, you may use the scanning capabilities of the event app to gather lead information. After booth registration, you’ll receive an exhibitor kit that will include options for renting electricity, a hardline internet connection and other booth items.
Attendee demographics
Our attendees are small business owners with typically two to three employees. While the main focus of their firm is tax preparation and tax consulting, many offer (or are interested in offering) additional services like payroll, bookkeeping, financial planning, insurance and tax representation.

Event policy
Access to event sessions and CPE is not included in the expo booth pricing and session pass needs to be purchased separately. We reserve the right to change the expo layout and booth locations. By attending, you consent to be photographed, filmed and/or otherwise recorded by NATP for use in promotional materials. All advertising must stay within your booth area. You may not advertise, distribute or promote your products or services outside of your booth. This includes, but is not limited to, hallways and classrooms.
Wellness and safety
It’s our goal that everyone who participates in our event feels welcomed, safe and accepted. All attendees and exhibitors will receive a copy of our Code of Conduct and will be required to follow these expectations.
Cancellation policy
Payment must be received in order to secure your booth, advertising and sponsorship. No refunds will be issued for cancellations on booths 45 days before the event. Prior to 45 days, 50 percent of the payment will be refunded for cancellations. No refunds or cancellations on sponsorships.
