New this year

After a successful introductory event, the Taxposium Expo Hall has expanded! The lounge will be larger, with focused barriers to direct traffic. Promoting your company on the large lounge monitor will be an available option to get added exposure before hundreds of lounge visitors. Refreshment stations will be strategically located to increase traffic throughout the hall.   

We’ve also added a Tech Demo Area where you can conduct product demonstrations, host activities and connect with potential clients in a more informal setting. The area will have AV equipment and be available during break times to exhibitors for a 15-minute presentation with Q&A.

Attendee demographics

Our attendees are small business owners with typically two to three employees. While the main focus of their firm is tax preparation and tax consulting, many offer (or are interested in offering) additional services like payroll, bookkeeping, financial planning, insurance and tax representation.

Booth details

Booths are 10’ deep and 10’ wide. Each booth includes:

  • Unlimited booth staff badges 

  • (2) lunch passes, per day, for lunch in the Convention Center with attendees 

  • Lead retrieval with the event app 

  • Event Wi-Fi access 

  • Two chairs, one table and one wastebasket 

  • Logo, description and website link included on event website and app 


We do not provide attendee information; however, you may use the scanning capabilities of the event app to gather lead information. After booth registration, you’ll receive an exhibitor kit that will include options for renting electricity, a hardline internet connection and other booth items. 

Cancellation policy

Payment must be received in order to secure your booth, advertising and sponsorship. No refunds will be issued for cancellations on booths 30 days before the event. Prior to 30 days, 50 percent of the payment will be refunded for cancellations. No refunds or cancellations on sponsorships.


We reserve the rights to change the expo layout and booth locations. By attending, you consent to be photographed, filmed and/or otherwise recorded by NATP for use in promotional materials.
