We do not provide attendee information; however, you may use the event app's scanning capabilities to gather lead information. After booth registration, you’ll receive an exhibitor kit with options for renting electricity, a hardline internet connection and other booth items.

Welcome Reception & Speaking

At the end of the first day, host the Welcome Reception for attendees and speakers. The Welcome Reception is a two-hour event in the Expo Hall with heavy hors d’oeuvres. Your logo will be displayed on our step and repeat, where attendees will stop to take their photo and your name featured on our signature cocktail.

This sponsorship includes a 50-minute presentation to attendees. Your sponsored session will run concurrently with other sessions. If the topic meets the requirements, CPE will be offered. The session should be content-focused, with the final 10 minutes reserved to discuss how your product/service can help attendees advance their practice. ​

Submissions will be reviewed to ensure alignment with the event's objectives and audience interests. Approval is subject to availability and suitability.
Event policy
Access to event sessions and CPE is not included in the expo booth pricing and session pass needs to be purchased separately.

We reserve the right to change the expo layout and booth locations.

All advertising must stay within your booth area. You may not advertise, distribute or promote your products or services outside of your booth. This includes, but is not limited to, hallways and classrooms.

By attending, you consent to be photographed, filmed and/or otherwise recorded by NATP for use in promotional materials.
Wellness and safety
It’s our goal that everyone who participates in our event feels welcomed, safe and accepted. All attendees and exhibitors agree to adhere to our Code of Conduct.
Cancellation policy
Payment must be received in order to secure your booth, advertising and sponsorship. No refunds will be issued for cancellations on booths 45 days before the event. Prior to 45 days, 50 percent of the payment will be refunded for cancellations. No refunds or cancellations on sponsorships.
